RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 
At Betton Rose, your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, so we’ve outlined our return policy clearly and simply below.
 
Please note: We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. All eligible returns are issued as store credit only.
 
 

Store Credit Only Policy

We accept returns on eligible items for store credit only. This credit can be used toward any future purchase and never expires.
 
We do not offer:
•Refunds to credit/debit cards
•Refunds via PayPal, Apple Pay, or other original payment methods
•Cash refunds
 
 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return and store credit:
•Your return request must be submitted within 24 hours of your purchase or delivery date.
•Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
•All original tags and packaging must be included.
•A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
 
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
 
 

How to Start a Return

1.Email us at Info@bettonrose.com with your order number and reason for return.
2.Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending back your item(s).
3.After we receive and inspect the item(s), store credit will be issued within 2 business days.
 
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective upon arrival.
 
 

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style?
We do not process direct exchanges, but you can return your item (if eligible) and use the store credit to place a new order.
 

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:
•Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale”
•Custom or personalized products
•Swimwear, undergarments, or other hygienic items
•Digital/downloadable items
•Gift cards
 
 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at nfo@bettonrose.com within 1–3 hours of receiving your order. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
 
 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for valid or approved reasons as listed or explained above. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. All approved returns are processed as store credit only.

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, you will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card or account credit, which can be used for future purchases. Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@bettonrose.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
